Very good staff and location. Exceptionally comfortable bed, amazing bathroom and an iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk in the room. Secure location with a train station minutes from the hotel. Plus, York Castle Museum was within walking distance.

Well priced, STRATEGIC location, absolutely exceptional stuff. The room was impeccable, the beds were extremely comfy, I enjoyed it. Breakfast was very very good, plenty of options.

The location is fab, exceptional service, the staff is patient. Magnificent hotel, 5 minutes' walk from the downtown. Also, jorvik viking centre is easily reachable, situated just 1 km away.

I had a brilliant stay and would recommend this property. Cute location, top-notch room, friendly efficient staff, I loved it. The breakfast was included and consisted of croissants, meats, hardboiled eggs, fresh bread and cheese. Memorable view of sea. Had alcoholic coffee, beers, juices and soft drinks in the sky bar: )

A classic place, we truly enjoyed its perfect location. The hotel was in the middle of York. The bed was comfortable as expected.
